You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
What Can Be Returned
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- Unopened, in original condition with all packaging and accessories included
- Not activated, registered, or paired to a device
Important — Opened Electronics
Because of the nature of consumer electronics, opened or unsealed items (including earbuds, headphones, smartwatches, chargers, and speakers) cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. This is standard across the electronics industry and protects both you and us from misuse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll resolve it fast — replacement or full refund, no runaround.
How to Start a Return

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
